A semi-aromatic still white wine from Alto Adige, produced by Novacella Abbey, an institution with a thousand-year history. Vintage 2023, 0.75L bottle, 100% Sylvaner. A wine born from the passion and dedication of the monks, who have cultivated vines in this land for centuries. Ripe pear, apricot, elderflower, and coriander. Consistent with stimulating aromatics and minerality. A bright, pale golden yellow with evident greenish highlights. It has a long, elegant finish, a wine that captivates with its freshness and complexity.
