Beschreibung
The most full bodied of Joan’s orange wines is Nimi Tossal. Made with 100% organic Moscatel grapes from old vines (around 40-60 years old), this wine sees a long maceration on skins followed by 12 months in American oak barrels. The long ageing means flavours of caramel, orange, biscuit, honey, and apple with incredible concentration and length.
